Where we are: the residence was built in 2005 and is only a short distance from “Belvedere” a magical spot where one may admire the most spectacular views of the coastline, with the Strait of Messina right in front of you and the Aeolian Islands in the background. The apartments are set in lovely well-kept garden, and the tranquillity desired by clients is respected at all times in this very peaceful spot. Moreover, our residence has modern solar batteries, which provide energy in all buildings. This technology makes our residence unique and environmentally friendly.

The beach: guests can choose between two beautiful lidos to be found nearby-either Grotticelle or Praia di Fuoco. The former is easily reached by minibus (transfer service provided) and has the most spectacular white sandy beaches with deckchairs and sun umbrellas. The beach also offers guests the opportunity to do windsurfing, sailing, go out on a speed boat or a pedal boat, go snorkelling, and even have underwater diving lesson. The latter, Praia di Fuoco, is about 300m from the residence and may be reached on foot by a steep path.  The beaches are also beautiful and surrounded by rocks.
